Bearsden Art Club Membership

Membership is open to individuals aged 21 and above, with a limit of 200 members.

While priority is generally given to residents of Bearsden and Milngavie those residing nearby can also apply.

Anyone wishing to apply for membership should fill in and submit the form below. If the application is accepted the Membership Secretary will confirm by email.

If resignations are received after renewal we do not refund any part of the subscription.

DATA and GDPR

Members and those seeking membership are advised that we will hold your name, address, email address, and phone number. We do not hold any information relating to your bank account. Information is provided to us by members and applicants for the sole purpose of enabling the club committee to contact members about club events and other related matters. We do not release any of that information to third parties.

We may pass on to you information provided by third parties to the club, but only where we judge that information to be of general interest to the membership. Your information will be kept securely on a password protected server and is only accessible by office bearers of the club for contacting you. We will not post any material to members, and members will require to provide an email address so that we can communicate with them.
